[DOCUMENTATION] The wiki NPC creation section is out of date

Describe the bug
The npc creation part of the wiki home is for the pre-v11 creation process. This section should be updated to reflect the updated features of foundry/the system. It should also probably be moved to the faq or it's own page, rather than live on the home page of the wiki.

Additionally, the gif from the section is no longer available, but that was also out of date. If we need one, it should be updated and uploaded to a stable host.

That gif was kind of superseded by the auto generation of base npcs on lcp import. If we restore the gif, it should be one that makes sense for the current features of the system. It looks like that whole section is out of date.
