Option to Display Circulation Modifier in Aspen #6

Currently, the Copies area for records display the Location, Call Number, and Status.

At least one library (Skagit) has expressed a desire to display the Evergreen Circulation Modifier as well.

Although it can be discerned from the MARC record under Staff View, this is neither convenient nor available to non-staff patrons.
