NYT Lists are not displaying in the lists as a publisher

The New York Times lists are created by API key in aspen.
Aspen Administration > Third Party Enrichment > New York Times Settings

These lists should display when using the, "Lists from library list Publishers only" setting in
Aspen Administration > Primary Configuration > Library Systems > click into the library > Searching > Public Lists To Include

However it is not showing. It does however show when using the "Lists from all list publishers" setting, but that will also include all the other user lists that may not be desired. The NYT list should be recognized as a Publisher list and it doesn't appear to be the case anymore.
