Add an about page to docs site #34

It would be good to add an about page to the docs site detailing things like:

who is behind the project
security policy (i.e. how security issues should be handled)
logos of companies that use it

This will help to

increase trust in the service that by design can dynamically rewrite packages
lead to increase visibility and popularity of the project

I agree; my big questions are:

What is the supply chain for GitPkg? Is it a redirect service for tarballs provided by GitHub? Does it provide a CDN over GitHub's tarballs? Does it create & host the tarballs itself?
Who is paying for the traffic?
What is considered unreasonable use of the system?
