[Plugin][Bug]: Plugin can't be enabled on fresh install

Describe the bug

The commands are no longer available in the command pallet. I do not have settings in the Community Plugin section of the main menu.

How to reproduce ?

1. Create a new file in Obsidian
2. Paste in the content as above
3. Open the command pallet
4. Observe no Github Publisher commands are visible.

Arf, on android i will have difficult to debug. Did you try on PC ?
I have no problem on IOS…

By the way, could you try to install the brat plugin and the beta version? Maybe it was fixed by chance in the last version!

Update : can repro the issue on new vault on iOS

Fixed, you can install the plugin using BRAT
See:

BRAT

• Install BRAT-42 using community plugin
• Open command palette : BRAT: Plugins : Add a beta plugin for testing
• Enter https://github.com/ObsidianPublisher/obsidian-github-publisher
• Click on [ADD PLUGIN]
• Wait for installation
• Go into Community Plugin
• Search "Github publisher"
• Enable!
