Report all results per test case, not only the most severe

Reporting all results per test case would ensure all available result data are reported.

The number of test cases would not change, also the number of test runs would stay the same. Only there are multiple results per test case, which is reflected in more failure annotations. Identical results are still to be aggregated.

This would also allow to easily implement #377 by picking the line from the result, and if not existing, from the case.
