The STL provided with the Filametrix filament cutter for the V6 hotend (located here) has the hotend sitting slightly proud of the surface. This causes interference with the modified CW2 body when the knife blade is inserted, which is deflecting the CW2 body and putting stress on other parts.
As shown here, the current part only leaves a 2.9mm depth hole for the V6 to slot in to:
...but in the specifications for the hotend, it's 3.6mm (and has been confirmed in the real world for these "direct drive" style V6 hotends, which are apparently different from the "bowden" style V6 hotends):
This 0.7mm of additional height above the flat part is causing some interference issues, and the fix would be to move the mounting flanges down 0.7mm to adjust for this.
