Hi, how are you? Love your Mod but have a problem. I can't use policies and I don't know why. Can you help me?

To use policies, you need to buy a government (e.g. Oligarchy) in your capital, and then you can buy policy cards the next turn. Keep in mind there is a maximum on the number of cards you have active at the same time. Does this work? If not; what version of the game are you on?

My version is 4.4.16 patch1. I alwais chose a Government but I can't build any policy. I have policy card in my resources but when I select one of them in my capital I lost the construction turn. It's like policies, form me, doesn't exist. They only are present on the list of buildings that I can choose. Play as Rome. :)

Update the game to latest version (4.6.4) could fix it.
