how to add a time tracker via templater pluggin

I have a predefined template for my daily notes. I'd love to be able to add a time tracker with pre-defined segments to each daily note:

for example, segments for each project and for that specific day:

project 1 - 2/13/2025
project 2 - 2/13/2025

that way I can keep track of time spent on each project on a daily basis. Also, is there a way to find time trackers/segments for which I may have forgotten to press stop? That way I can also show them on my daily note to stop them.
