[Documentation] Updating docs with new API and add tutorials for new functionalities.

The docs need to get updated. Here's what should change:

• Add new setup instructions using pip, conda, and docker here and here .

• Replace the data module with data_parquet, both for this and this

• Add the predict module with predict_parquet to thisand replace it for this.

• Add new tutorials for the following:

  • how to use CLI
