@elderjs/plugin-images - bust the manifest cache for image files that have changed since the last build

Feature request: It'd be nice if the image plugin could try to catch file changes, maybe by tracking file metadata or hashes of the image

I've done this before with a couple one-off image processors using node's crypto library to stream the original image file and spit out a sha1 hash, but that was for an internal tool so no promises that it's the best solution for an open-source plugin!
