Need to fix Exec Path

The shell emacs starts from must give emacs the correct envvars otherwise nothing python will work

https://github.com/purcell/exec-path-from-shell
solution but need to make sure M-! echoes the right things

Jedi install server

Once the paths are fixed, should be able to use jedi to install the LSP servers to get completion
