The prism test are failed in this workflow because the URLs are not valid or there is a problem with accessing data via direct https URLs. It seems that data was available without logging, see the Copernicus DEM data download access, but here mentions that only registered users can download the data. This is a related post in the community forum.

Here is documentation on how to use Copernicus pythonic API to get DEM data.
