File Upload Directive with cropping of image.

Sub Issues -
1.On clicking of upload button ,dialog box with drag area should come with croparea in rectangle dimension.
2.Validating file size.File size should be minimum of the limit size specified.
3.After crop area is set and clicking on upload button ,resolution of image should be changed to resolution specified.
4.If resolution of image is min ,the validation should be done to specify the user that image should be of the required size.
