Extension of available reanalysis data for ESMValTool

We at DLR started to work on analyses for the SPARC S-RIP project phase 2 (https://s-rip.ees.hokudai.ac.jp/). We would like to compare cloud parameters (e.g. total cloud cover, liquid water path, ice water path, etc.) from different reanalyses with each other and with oberservations. We therefore started to look into adding new reanalysis cmorizers to the ESMValTool to get the data ready for use with the tool. As mentioned, we are focused on cloud parameters for now, but it should be relatively easy to expand existing cmorizers with other variables if they are needed/wanted.
