Need to move location of DA_multidrv finidat files from /glade/p to /glade/campaign

This isn't a bug, but will be once /glade/p is removed.

The DA_multidrv test mod directory (cime_config/testdefs/testmods_dirs/clm/DA_multidrv) points to finidat files in:

/glade/p/cisl/dares/RDA_strawman/CESM_ensembles/CLM/CLM5BGC-Crop/ctsm_2001-01-01-00000

This is where a DART ensemble was run for CTSM and finidat files were stored for use to startup DART with CTSM.

Presumably DARES has a new location where they have DART CTSM ensembles created and we need to point
to that.

@hkershaw-brown and the DARES team pointed me to a location to use for this under:

/glade/campaign/cisl/dares/glade-p-dares-Oct2023/RDA_strawman/CESM_ensembles/CLM/CLM5BGC-Crop/ctsm_2001-01-01-00000/

So I'll point to that now.
