Hi,

In the the new UHGG release contig names contain a '_fa' suffix in some cases.

MGYG000005536.fa_69
MGYG000004909.fa_32
MGYG000006874.fa_4
MGYG000005065.fa_9

In most cases, this suffix is absent:

MGYG000015734_2
MGYG000276370_5
MGYG000003188_5
MGYG000002642_60

I think this is a bug (obviously not critical) that could be fixed on occasion.
