#233 is for creating examples to run on machines other than Chrysalis. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have copies of the integration tests' expected output on Cori and Compy so we could run the integration tests on all 3 machines. The downside would be that updating expected output would be tedious, as they'd have to be updated on all 3 machines. That said, the expected output wouldn't necessarily have to be updated on ALL machines after every merge.
