blurRadius Property like <Image /> Tag doesnot work in react-native-fast-image Library in android

Describe the bug
Blur Effect on FastImage doesnot doesnot Show, it can work on the Normal Image Tag in react-native
But doesnot work on This Package.

Dependency versions

• React Native version: 0.60.4
• React version: 16.8.6
• React Native Fast Image version:7.0.2

Note: if these are not the latest versions of each I recommend updating as extra effort will not be taken to be backwards compatible, and updating might resolving your issue.
