For example {⎕←⍵}&¨⍳3 vs {⎕←⍵}¨⍳3

When prompt type is set to 1 (RECV ["SetPromptType",{"type":1}]), the kernel stops the loop checking for output. However, the RIDE commands to AppendSessionOutput come after this.
