Hm If you can find a way to do this we'll look into it? but like Only issue is that for nearly all ebook formats the pages aren't standardized like a Right now it uses calibre's pdf would probably be the only format you could do the page range thing fora character range might be more universal tho as an option butThat would be less...nice sounding |
there is no pages on ebook, but more xhtml page and does not reflect on the real book pages... |
Also even though it might work for PDF files only We kind of want to discourage the use of them as... they are notoriously known for doing weird stuff when converted to txt |
yes there's no pages for .epubs and such but I think calibre can do some sort of cutting, I'll look into that and create a demo then maybe you could take a look? |
@landerhe. of course you can do a lot of things with calibre.. Manually! this is not what our project is expected for. |
I noticed that this is not on to-do, but for some academic books, there's a long list of references at the end, also for some, there'd be some random publisher info at the beginning, would you care to add this part? I'd be happy to help and commit if this is ok with you.
