Use for:

  • Log files (incremented with .1, .2, .3 or in some other fashion)

  • Config file (CREATE the config file from the user entered values, then prompt to use them if running installer or upgrader in the future)

This will prevent deletion of log files, etc. when running the script in current state.

Thinking it should go in ~/.dragonchain-installer (not executing folder). Just makes sense (also keeps it consistent with SDK recommendations/requirements).
