Alternative Backgrounds and other suggestions

Hey, this is really cool and allows for potentially play dufrfing these dark time of quarantine! One issue ive spotted is alterantive backgrounds arent avaliable, such as the backgrounds found in the anarch unbound book. I found the same issue with merits and flaws too, essentially it appears to be missing stuff outsied the core book, this wouldnt be too bad but you cant seem to add custom backgrounds or merits and flaws. I also noticed you cant add specialisms for abillities and attributes.

I've struggled to figure out the merits and flaws in the Lore of the Clans & Bloodlines because a lot of them seem to be clan/bloodline specific. I haven't read the Anarch Unbound book, but if there's missing content I'll look into it.
