Docking Hints doesn't appear using Expression Light and Expression Dark Themes

Hi,

Running the MVVMTestApp from your repo, if I choose ExpressionDark or ExpressionLight Themes, none of them are showing the docking hints. If I choose Generic, Aero or the rest of the themes, I can see those docking hints (the rectangles that indicate where you can dock the floating window)... is this a bug in those Themes?? or is any workaround to solve this??
