При наличии секции CaptureService в config.yml инстанса, конструкция
var yamlValues = YamlSimple.Parser.ParseFile(configYamlPath); возвращает пустой Dictionary.

Если секцию закомментировать, тогда парсер возвращает нормальный результат, и строка инстанса заполняется корректно.
