[Murmurations] Update Murmurations schema being published

DotCoop have offered to fund some more/improved Murmurations functionality, in the order of a couple of days work.

Describe the solution you'd like

I (Nick) had a meeting with Oli and Geoff, and the suggestion they made was to update our published data for the Oxford dataset, then try this on a larger, current dataset like DotCoop's.

The details of what needs to be done for this is to be worked out, but I wouldn't estimate it's a huge amount of work.
