Make Anchor institutions distinct from other orgs vis icons/markers

There is no visual clue to differentiate Anchor institutions and supporting organisations from potential and actual co-ops and community businesses within the OBO project.

Design a method of distingusihing between the different Type for Map categories and support via new configurable icon/markers system.
