license file is missing, any issue if use it as a base for our public available boilerplate #71

Couldn't find any license file, how I can use it.
Any issue if I derive our version (with a bunch of additional packages) of it, transform it to coffeescript base and release as public open source in our github. Leaving a thanks/credit link to this one in place ?
Thanks for sharing it anyway.

I learned yesterday, by speaking with a GitHub employee, default copyright laws apply when no license is chosen. "This means that you retain all rights to your source code and that nobody else may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from your work." (Source: https://help.github.com/articles/open-source-licensing/#what-happens-if-i-dont-choose-a-license)

By accepting the terms and conditions of github, you give people the right to view and fork your repos but this seems like a gray area to me.
