Charging input ignored when Power Button set to Toggle and is off (open) #2

When power button is set to Toggle, charging only works in "on" (closed) state.

Proposed behavior in Power Button Toggle state:

if PowerBtn=off(open) and Charging opstate=Normal operation - turn on charging and discharge output. Turn off discharge output as soon (or with a user defined a delay) as charge cable is removed;
if PowerBtn=off(open) and Charging opstate=Charge operation - turn on charging (leaving discharge output disabled);
if PowerBtn=on(closed) and Charging opstate=any - behave as programmed now;
