Add ComfyJS Support

Sock is intended for use with Twitch streams as a primary use case. Adding Comfy.JS functionality to be able to read and respond to the chat in a provided channel will greatly aid it with this.

Planned features:

• Ability to add TTS commands accessible by viewer role
• Ability to TTS by redeem
• Ability to ask puppet questions via commands by viewer role
• Ability to ask puppet questions by redeem
• Ability to give puppet pre-canned responses accessible by command and viewer role
• Ability to read chat generically. Optional response to chat when they've spoken a certain amount, or if they mention a topic or word that is of interest to the puppet.
• Settings section to manage all this.
