new ftp server for kraken2-build?

Dear Derrick,
Thanks for your work on this tool.
I cannot build any database from those retrived at the monagash site
The command and the messare are the following:

sudo kraken2-build --standard --db ncbi_r88_human17k_kraken2_32gb
