Cannot download bacteria database

Hi,

I have a problem with

kraken2-build --download-library bacteria --db /home/pracownik/KRAKEN_DB/Bacteria

command. I am getting an error:

rsync_from_ncbi.pl: unexpected FTP path (new server?) for https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/all/GCF/900/128/725/GCF_900128725.1_BCifornacula_v1.0

I looked up for solution and I tried both options from #226
but unfortunately none of these worked for me. In the end I also replaced file rsync_from_ncbi.pl for the new one from github, but I am still getting this error. How can I fix that problem?
