Different General Setting for Known v. Unknown Contact

This is a feature request. I think it would be handy to have different notification settings for people the exist in my contact list than for people that don't. I probably care a lot more if a friend called me than if a telemarketer called me. Conversely, you may assume that an unknown caller must be business and should thus notify loudly, while personal callers will be in your contact list and are more forgiving if you aren't able to talk right now.
