When getting the assertions csv for the first time, after generating assertions but before sample size estimation, the sample size columns all have zeros in them. Since '0' is a special value meaning "not auditable", this could be confusing. Ask CDOS how they'd like to deal with this.
It's possible the correct answer is to leave that cell blank if no IRVComparisonAudit exists.
