Adding new functionality

Enhancement Description

As a first step towards 2D3D integration within hydromt_delft2dfm. We will try to make a 2D model close to Piave and include some coastal areas.

Todo:

  • adjust crs to 4326, but model building fails when doing that
  • spherical instead of cartesian grid (might also require action in xugrid)
  • era5 meteo
  • river refinement
  • river discharge
  • gtsm waterlevel boundary?
