Display multiple grid timeseries

When clicking on a WMS layer the response contains one request with multiple time series.
The subplot items have no reference to request key or index.

In the front end

• generate a key from the MD5 hash of the request url
• add a reference to the request in the subplot item with a incrementing counter
• when a time series request contains multiple time series add the index to the resourceId / request id.
