For the next merge of models into LHM I want to include basin-area's as defined in Deltares/Ribasim#960.

@visr do you advice to wait for Ribasim, or shall we proceed in Ribasim-NL? If in Ribasim, please consider we'll have to merge models with areas as well: Deltares/Ribasim#914

We proceed in Ribasim-NL for now.

Ribasim supports Areas now
