Related to #81. It would be great if it would be possible to provide a max_contacts argument, with which the number of contacts are limited. This would make automation easier. Although I guess that would be complex when connecting multiple 1D nodes to 2D faces
Describe the solution you'd like max_contacts would limit the amount of contacts found to only the nearest contacts.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We might be able to automate already with the current implementation with polygons
