Disable Generic.Arrays.DisallowShortArraySyntax from WPCS 2.2? #12

WPCS 2.2 have added Generic.Arrays.DisallowShortArraySyntax to the WordPress-Core. This seems a bit old fashion?

Lets override and disable this rule @olethomas @walbo @zpaceinvader ?
