环境准备步骤复杂、耗时长，能否提供docker镜像？ #282

文档中环境准备内容不清晰，
（1）gcc/cmake/python/pytorch 版本不够明确；
（2）期望提供docker image。

（1）目前最小版本需求如下：

gcc 7.x
Cmake 3.14以上（可查看cmakelist）
Python 3.8
Pytorch 2.0
（2）docker 镜像会在后续版本中进行排期支持
