add components consistency check

Some entries have components, but aren't marked as "deriv". This is intended in some cases, such as if the components are archaic, or multiple derivations are possible. However, there should be a check that if the components add up uniquely and exactly to the entry name, a warning should be displayed whether "deriv" is intended.
