您好，请问使用Railway 一键部署的，需要api的直接设置环境变量可以添加对应的插件，但是没有api的比如Wikipedia如何添加呢？

我在
apply_optional_tool.md
看到了

所有api-key有两种配置方式：config.json、或设置环境变量（变量名为对应英文大写）
