Should profile instances with missing (i.e. null/NaN) data points be allowed? #1268

I think it might provide more useful profiles, as they won't entirely fail if there are NaN values, but then comes a couple of questions:

  • How does fitting models to the profiles go from there? Do we just ignore the NaN values?
  • What would be the best way to highlight the missing data on profile visualisations? Just big red columns in radius maybe?
