When re-opening an existing package file (.dcp), don't prompt the user to re-save the package until a change is made. #15

After opening an existing package file, the first screen loads for "Create a new package" with metadata filled in from the opened package file, as expected.

If a user presses "Save & Next" without making any changes, the user is prompted to save the package state under a new name.

I'd suggest that the user not be prompted to save anything unless something has been changed (this goes for all the screens in the workflow).
