First public BETA release. This new release uses JDA 3.0 and lavaplayer. This fixes quite a few outstanding issues like mono mp3 support. Also, this adds the ability to play youtube links.

Fixed a couple bugs. The bot was defaulting to not respond to DMs and the random button on the web UI wasn't working.

This new version removes chat messages when requested actions are completed. Adds a random feature. A button has been added to the web interface to allow playback of a random sound. It's not possible to play a sound for a user when they disconnect if a sound is named "username_disconnect". Also, added a configuration to set if the bot responds to direct messages or not.
