No. We're not supporting leptonica on android.

IMO it is possible see tesseract-ocr/tesseract#2337.
As far as I remember I was able to build leptonica and tesseract with ndk on Windows for android, but I never test it on android.

you should. its a great library and android is missing it not fair. by the way, I have seen it used in the eye-two android library but I guess that's an old version and I needed the latest version of leptonica for my android project as it's missing a lot of classes.
