NON LSM Sites not tracked properly with no audio at all. LSM Sites have no issues.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...' main screen
2. Click on '....' status to select control dialog
3. Scroll down to '....' events page
4. See error

NON LSM Sites to be tracked properly with audio.
