Add configuration for work items from live doc rendering #45

We need an individiual configuration set for headings and test work items such that these are not editable, or deletable by a user.

Proposal:
new work item types:

_C2P_text

with form layout configuration to make it read only.

Headings are special. We need to figure if they can be configured from the live doc or space.

Part of the #128 milestone in capella-polarion.
