Develop the Data Upload Page:

Maintain consistent colour and font styles with the existing pages, such as the intro page. (Deviating from the mockup is permitted but the index.js file should be used as a template).
Generate a file named upload.js in the frontend/src/pages directory, which should be linked in the index.js file.
Exclude the header and footer, as they are part of the root layout element.
Utilize the mui/icons-material package for generic icons.
