pointreg examples use old keywords

Some of the keywords of pointreg have been updated, according to the Parameters tab here:
https://isis.astrogeology.usgs.gov/Application/presentation/Tabbed/pointreg/pointreg.html

which is not reflected yet in all the Example tabs.

In the examples, TO should become ONET and TEMPLATE is now DEFFILE , I believe?
Maybe there's more?
